How will our booking be confirmed?

Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit (50% of total cost). Once your deposit has been received a confirmation letter will be emailed or posted to you. Full payment is required 21 days prior to arrival.

How can payment be made?

You can pay either by credit card (Visa or MasterCard), direct deposit (EFT), bank cheque or money order.

What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

More than 21 days prior to your stay - full refund
Up to 7 days prior to your stay - 25% of payment retained
Less than 7 days (including 'no-show') - full payment
We regret that we are unable to refund for early departures.

Can we purchase a gift certificate?

Certainly! We will happily organise a gift certificate for you. We can email or post gift certificates to you, or directly to the recipient. There is no extra charge for this service; however full payment is required before we issue the certificate.

What are the check in and check out times?

The Stone Villa will be available from 3.00pm on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 10.00am.

Is the Stone Villa suitable for elderly or disabled guests?

Due to the split level design of the Stone Villa there are a few steps up to the bathroom, laundry and bedrooms. There are hand rails and guards but guests with restricted mobility will need to be aware of this.

How many people does the Stone Villa accommodate?

The Stone Villa has 2 queen size bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 4 adults. If you are travelling with a baby or small child and can bring your own ‘portacot’ or similar, this can be accommodated in the bedrooms. We are unable to supply cots or extra mattresses.

Is the Stone Villa a non-smoking property?

Yes. However, smoking is permitted outside and we ask that you use the ashtray provided and don’t leave your butts lying around. Guests who smoke inside will incur a $200 cleaning surcharge.

Can we bring our pet?

As we encourage native wildlife at the Stone Villa, the property is not suitable for family pets. It is also worth noting that the majority of the Grampians is National Park and pets are generally not permitted in National Parks.

What attractions, events and activities does the Grampians offer?

We would encourage new visitors to the Grampians National Park to visit www.visitgrampians.com.au. See also our Activities page.

For current walking and hiking information, the Parks Victoria office is located next to the Brambuk Cultural Centre (only 500 metres from the Stone Villa).

The Halls Gap Visitor Information Centre can be found in the centre of Halls Gap.
